Caryall Attack
With GDI get a caryall and a mammoth, deploy the caryall onto the
mammoth then fly them both into the middle of the enemies base.
Tech Center - Submitted
by: The BMXKINGDK
After you build a tech center with either NOD or GDI and have built
a structure that needs a tech center, sell the tech center and you
will still have all the options. It just wastes power to have it and
you don't need it. Also will give you a little extra cash if you need
it.
Kill in one hit - Submitted

You can kill anything in one go by doing this: Build a firestorm wall
and switching off one section of it. When an enemy trooper or whatever
walks through the section, turn it back on and it's toast!
Firestorm wall forever
- Submitted by: Jon
When having a firestorm wall on GDI, use it and sell all ore some
of the powerplants you have, until the button for firestorm wall says:
"on hold". Then it will stay on FOREVER.

These are tips and strategies for the 'skirmish' missions. First of
all, in the skirmish mission, before you start playing, make sure
that the tech level is set to 10. Play as GDI because playing as NOD
is god damn difficult on tech level 10. Then, build the good units
like the MAMMOTH MARK II tank. Also, remember that people are in fact
better than tanks because a swarm of men can be deadly to the opposite
people. For instance, using 50 men against them people can almost
guarantee that the target you want destroyed will be destroyed. It
is also important to establish a SAM site quickly in a skirmish mission.
As soon as you establish a BASE, build a wall around it because the
enemy will send engineers in at points and try to take it and sell
it. Hope this helps people in these missions.
How to destroy the
Mammoth Mark. II - Submitted by: Andy
The Mammoth Mark. II is a very powerful weapon but can be killed if
you get its weak point. The weak point on the Mammoth Mark. II is
it's back side. It has to turn all the way round just to fire, so
if you keep shooting its back side with 5 Light Battle Infantry, 5
Rocket Infantry and 3 tick tanks at a good distances away, the Mammoth
Mark. II should only kill about have your team. (It takes a long time
to get this right but when you get it, it's fun to watch it go boom).
How to destroy the
Mammoth Mark. II: another solution - Submitted by: Steinar
The Mammoth Mark II tank has some weak points more than its back:
the air. Although it has a rocket launcher which is supposed to kill
attacking air units, this weapon is not nearly as strong as its railgun
- which it uses against ground units. The best way to destroy it (according
to my tries), is to attack with about 6 Banshees (and, if playing
the mission where you are supposed to destroy it - just ignore the
towers - they will shoot down your planes, so what - when you kill
that tank it'll be the end of the mission anyway). The tank will have
problems because it can't target more than one plane at a time - and
6 Banshees will destroy it in no time. This might be a little more
expensive than Andys solution - but it is less complicated and (again,
according to my tries) it had much lower risk.

Harvesters: Dont build an extra harvester, build another refinery,
they may cost more but your harvesters wont be banked up trying to
drop off the Tiberian, they are also good as backup incase 1 gets
destroyed.
2 Bases: Build a large base, find out
where the enemy is and build another base as far away as possible
from it. make it full of power stations or my favourite, an airfield!
the enemy may get one base but u can still rebuild.....
SAM Sites: Build your sam sites so
their firing overlaps, it helps take down aircraft quicker.
Stealth: Build 2 or 3 stealth generators
near each other, it will keep the enemy guessing where your base is
fully centered.
EMP: Use an emp blast followed by an
ion blast to destroy any buildings that are cloked, espically generators.

Drop in engineers with a carry all (GDI ONLY OBVIOUSLY) and snatch
everything in sight. Use jumpjet infantry to check out the whole screen
so you can plan air attacks around the defensive capabilities of your
opponent.
Harvester glory - Submitted

The whole concept behind Tiberian Sun or any Command and Conquer game
is not only to destroy your opponent but to crush him and humiliate
him until it emotionally hurts. The only way to do this is with power
of course. And the best source of power is mass. When you start building,
whether it be GDI or NOD, get your power plants up, your Tiberian
refinery, and then your vehicle factory... then instantly 3-4 harvestors.
Build a secondary refinery while your few built men are scanning the
local area for some of that good Tiberium and build the secondary
refinery as close to this as possible. Now before indulging in your
base set-up you have power above level so you don't have to wait for
structures to build when you have a shit-load of money; you have atleast
5-6 harvestors collecting and the money is flowing... now the cruncher...
multiple bases... the more bases and the more multiple structures,
the bigger the force and the faster the unit building process. The
more area your base can take up, the more land you control... true
this entails more funds but thus the key to the whole game... harvestors.
Never get stuck with no money, never leave a base with only structured
defenses, and never... most importantly of all... never underestimate
your opponent, greater wars have been lost to such ignorance...
Use your Artillery
- Submitted by: Ivan
One very simple thing to do with NOD that will make you kick GDI ass,
is to use your Artillery!! They're so brilliant. Take 2 artillery,
a Moblie Vehicle Repair thing, and 20 men, and then go and kick ass!
This is a tactic that ALWAYS works! If you keep your men back to blast
away at anything that comes anywhere near your Artillery, and repair
your Artillery with the Mobile Vehicle Repairer, then you WILL kick
GDI ass! Trust me!
How to attack - Submitted
by: John Kelley
The thing to remember in TS is that the two sides you can play are
radicaly different from eachother. For instance a good commander knows
that you should NEVER NEVER NEVER try to launch a tank rush against
GDI because you will get your asses kick every time and when the GDI
commander is done laughing at your stupidity, he will march over to
your base and when hes done the only thing to mark your presence there
will be the big smoking crater that was once capable of kicking ass.
Instead you should be sneaky and launch attacks at them from as far
away as you can becuase Nod's main advantage is its long distance
weaponry and stealth technology. But if you are playing GDI then what
you have to do is nuke those bastereds into the dust with your awsomely
powerful weaponry, and for all you commando enthusiests out there
I should warn you that GDI sucks at being sneaky so you better get
that idea out of your head right now because even though Nod has pitiful
tanks you can be sure that they make up for it with all those freakin
laser which will melt any commando team( that manages to find the
Nod base when its cloaked andfight their way inside) that you can
assemble. So remember Nod loves to be sneaky and strike from a distance
but GDI likes to get up into the oppositions face and open up a can
of whoopass that will ultimatly destroy them.
Concentrate your firepower
- Submitted by: Peter
This is a very simple tip: concentrate your firepower on ONE unit
or object at a time! This way you will really destroy your enemy buildings
or units. Otherwise your forse will be wasted and you will only damage
things, which can be repaired by your enemy.
Cyborg Dying - Submitted
by: Andy
Cyborg Dying? When your Cyborg is all but dead then walk him around
a Tiberium patch and he will be at full health in no time at all.
Just remember to keep him walking around in the Tiberium patch as
if you don't, do you know what you will get? A Cyborg that is all
but dead standing in a Tiberium patch. So remember any unit that has
Tiberium in him can heal in a Tiberium patch. And if you Cyborg has
no legs and you take him in to a Tiberium patch he will be healed
but will not get his legs back.
Don't use main entrance
- Submitted by: Jerry
Instead of fighting a way through the main entrance of your enemy
base, you can better make your own door in an unprotected area of
the base. Simply blow the protection wall away (this goes very fast).
And voila you are in, without having trouble with the enemy defense.....
